Charles Appiah-Kubi, an effective and thorough Internal Auditor with 20+ years’ experience in banking, combining strong analytical internal auditing skills with knowledge in banking operations, risk assessment, general controls, and fraud prevention. He seeks to improve operational efficiency, helps reduce fraud to the barest minimum, and ultimately improves the bottom line of the BANK.
He joined PREMIER on 2nd November 2020 as Head of the Internal Audit Department from a sister rural bank (Fiagya Rural Bank LTD.) where he worked as Head of Banking Operations for three (3) years (2017-2020), Branch Manager for ten (10) years (2007-2017) and performed other clerical duties for five (5) years (2002-2007).
He holds a Master of Business Administration-Finance from the University of Cape Coast, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, and also a Level Two student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.
